Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. All refunds are subject to manufacturer warranty and will be looked at on a case by case basis.

Shipping charges Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Hydro World.
Damaged items If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Shipping We ship by weight to all states across Australia. Products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, the appropriate shipping is calculated and applied to your cart.
The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up.
